FROM 01-02-2021 THE VIACARD CARD WILL CEASE TO EXIST
In order to offer an increasingly technologically advanced and tailor-made service for the world of road transport, the Telepass Company reformulates the methods and conditions for providing the toll service in Italy.
From 01.02.2021 the Viacard will be discontinued and will no longer be valid for the payment of the motorway toll in Italy. The only accepted method for paying Italian motorway tolls will be the telepass (Italian or European).
Colsea adapts to the new provisions by adopting, with immediate effect, the following measures:
- the release of new Telepass devices will take place without mandatory pairing with the Viacard card;
- orders will no longer be accepted for the issue of new cards or to replace existing ones.
Existing Viacard passes will be invalidated by Telepass starting from 01-02-2021.
Prepare in advance, send us the telepass order immediately in order to equip all your vehicles with an electronic payment device.
